How much weight am I going to lose on a cleanse?
We'd be surprised if you don't! We're not here to promote weight loss, but rather cleansing for health. During a cleanse, your body will divert its energy from digesting food to eliminating toxins from your body. Surprisingly the amount of toxins we accumulate over the years do add pounds to our overall weight. A cleanse is starting point to reset your appetite for healthy living.
What's different about your cleanses?
We cold press the pulp from the fruit and vegetable, which maximizes nutrients extracting the most vitamins, minerals and live enzymes. We also allow you to customize your cleanse based on what you like, but you can also choose what we recommend.
Can I eat or drink anything while on the Cleanse?
Why not?! It would be best to let your digestive system rest during this time, but if you want to cheat then eat some raw fruits, vegetables, or sprouted nuts and seeds. You might feel agitated from not eating, but who wouldn't?! We have been eating our whole lives and to stop for a few days will make anyone grumpy! So if you need to eat because you feel like you can't do it, then just eat and make a healthy choice.
Are there any side effects?
Everybody is different and will have different side effects. One person might break out in skin rashes and another person might feel dizzy or tired. It all depends, but these are just symptoms of detox. You just have to keep in mind that these negative side effects will be followed by positive results. The body is a healing machine as long you give it the fuel it needs and proper rest to recover. Here are some side effects from detoxing:

How many days should I cleanse?
This is entirely up to you and what you are looking for. Some people cleanse one day a week and some people cleanse 3 days straight every 3 months. We recommend to do at least a 3 day cleanse so that your body flushes out as much toxin as possible. Then do one day a week cleanses to maintain your healthy lifestyle.
Can I exercise while on a cleanse?
Of course! We recommend that you do light walking, yoga or stretching. If your normal workout routine consists of weightlifting, kickboxing and then running 20 miles, it might be best to put that off till a few days after the cleanse. Try going to an infrared sauna or get a massage. Let your body relax!
