How Does it Work

Everyday we accumulate pesticides, heavy metals and toxic chemicals in our body just by eating and breathing. A juice cleanse is a natural way to detoxify and heal the body. Giving our bodies a break from solid foods relieves us from the huge amount of energy it takes to digest. Your body in turn utilizes that extra energy to remove and eliminate toxins. The raw live juice feeds your body with live enzymes, vitamins and nutrients that protect you from many diseases.

Our cleanse replaces your regular food with fresh, 100% organic, cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices. Most people feel a little tired in the beginning of a juice cleanse because of the toxic load being released. After the cleanse, most people notice they have more energy, sleep better and have better skin complexion!

Before the Cleanse

Eliminate more solid foods each day about three days prior to your cleanse. This will help your body adapt to eating less before it’s eating nothing. In order to lessen symptoms, such as headaches, nausea or flu, please follow the suggested foods to avoid and to eat!

Foods to Avoid

  • Caffeine . Dairy . Meats . Processed/Fast Foods . Wheat . Refined Sugar . Nicotine . Alcohol . Sweets

Foods to Eat ( + Organic):

  • Raw/Steamed Vegetables . Nuts and Seeds . Fruits . Avocados . Wild Fish . Quinoa . Salads

During the Cleanse

While cleansing, we recommend you to drink your juices every 2-3 hours.  You also want to make sure to drink plenty of water (with a squeeze of lemon) and herbal teas as this will help with detox symptoms and will help flush toxins out of your system. Need to cheat? If you need to eat during your juice cleanse, choose only raw organic fruits, vegetables or sprouted nuts and seeds. Keep avoiding the same foods and liquids as stated in "Before the Cleanse" section!

Limit yourself to light exercise, such as walks, yoga and stretching. Try an infrared sauna or a get a massage. Doing any of these will help your body eliminate toxins by sweating or by aiding digestion. Your energy levels will change when you're on a juice cleanse, so pay attention to what your body needs before doing these activities.

After the Cleanse

Gradually return eating sold foods after your juice cleanse. During the three days after completing your juice cleanse, follow a diet similar to the pre-cleanse diet. Remember to continue drinking 8 glass of water a day. You can eat organic fruits and raw green vegetables the first day after your juice cleanse. On the second day, add a little bit of cooked cooked food if you'd like. For example, fruit for breakfast, smoothie for lunch, and steamed veggies and quinoa. Add wild fish to your diet after the second day and use this experience to reset and create healthy eating habits. Some people find that cleansing helps reset their taste buds so that they no longer desire unhealthy foods!
